• When will my order arrive?

This depends on the shipping company and the delivery agent. We work with a network of delivery agents based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

• Is international delivery available?
  Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and in a few cities specified on the delivery page.
  You can request international delivery through the store team via WhatsApp by providing details about the product's weight and shipping rates for international freight forwarders who are not yet registered with the store.

• What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
  You should read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. If a defect is confirmed, the company’s shipping fee is calculated and refunded to the customer. However, the value of the product itself is not refunded according to the return policy.

• I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?
  The store offers delivery services for bulk orders, and discounts between 10–20% are available on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about quantities.
